These unique handmade collars are made by the indigenous peoples of the Wayúu community in Colombia. The Wayúu are known as the people of the sun, sand and wind and live on the La Guajira Peninsula, a desert area in the northeast of Colombia.
Each collar is unique designed, made of leather and hand-dyed using locally sourced fibres that are woven into these colourful tribal collars.

Please note that the leather can be quite stiff initially but should soften in time.
