Returns
Thanks for shopping at Alchemista. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags if applicable and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please post it to: 33 Butler Court, Hyde Lane, SW113EX. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Alchemista is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), earrings due to hygienic reasons and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
