This sisal, woven pan trivet is handmade by female artisans of the Duharanire Kwigara cooperative in Rwanda. The women hand-dye and weave different types of natural fibres into these beautiful unique works of art. The sisal is woven around sweetgrass, a fragrant grass with a subtle sweetness. The trivet comes with a loop attached to the back so that you can alternatively hang it on the wall as decoration. Each piece is unique, so colours and shapes may slightly vary.
